2 oz Suntory Toki whisky
.5 oz Alta Verde amaro
.5 oz vanilla fig syrup
2 dashes grapefruit basil bitters
pinch Maldon or other flaky sea salt
- Stir all ingredients except sea salt with ice for about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top with a pinch of Maldon or other flaky sea salt.
