Measurements provided for one serving and a 16 serving batch, respectively.


  • Four Roses small batch bourbon
    1.5 oz / 24 oz

  • Blume Marillen apricot eau de vie
    .25 oz / 4 oz

  • Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
    .25 oz / 4 oz

  • Zirbenz stone pine liqueur
    .5 t / 1.3 oz

  • Salted spruce simple syrup
    .5 t / 1.3 oz

  • Orange bitters (Or make orange honey fruitcake bitters)
    1 dash / 16 dashes


  • For single serving: build drink in rocks glass, add a large cube of ice. Garnish with orange peel.
  • For a batch, measure all ingredients into growler. Swirl to combine, store in fridge. Measure a little over 2 ounces per glass (2 ounces plus 1 teaspoon per serving) and serve on the rocks, garnished with orange peel.
