This split-base daiquiri is enriched with vanilla fig syrup and brightened with rose water.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mt. Gay black barrel rum or other dark aged rum

  • .5 oz overproof white whiskey (vodka would work too)

  • .75 oz fresh lime juice

  • .75 oz vanilla fig syrup

  • .25 oz rose water

  • dried organic rose petals

Directions

  • Shake all ingredients except garnish in shaker with ice, 15-20 seconds. Strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass, coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a couple organic rose petals.
