This split-base daiquiri is enriched with vanilla fig syrup and brightened with rose water.
1.5 oz Mt. Gay black barrel rum or other dark aged rum
.5 oz overproof white whiskey (vodka would work too)
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz vanilla fig syrup
.25 oz rose water
dried organic rose petals
- Shake all ingredients except garnish in shaker with ice, 15-20 seconds. Strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass, coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a couple organic rose petals.
